The video was made with installing a “complete lighting kit”, disregard the kit in the video, this is only intended to show you how to take a part the bike.
-Skip to 2:30 for seat and rear fender removal.
-Skip to 28:00 for attaching adapter to fender.
For license plate, the best option is directly to the fender holes (no bracket), the bracket is included if needed, remove rubber grommets from fender, then bolt on using provided hardware.

You only need to tighten nuts enough to collapse the lock washer. Try not to over tighten. You’ll feel the lock washer collapse and the nut will stop. Use Loctite if you wish.
